The Clearwater community sailing center's Carlisle room is available for rent for your function. The Carlisle room measuring (1485 sq. ft. 33' x 45') with attached Veranda measuring (1225 sq. ft. 35 x 35). The Carlisle room and veranda affords the best views of Clearwater bay available! Weekday rates (Monday through Thursday)

Rental rates include up to four hours rental for the event, 1 hour set up and 1 hour clean up, use of dance floor and table and chair set up and take down. Additional hours @ $125 per hour.+ tax. A $200.00 + tax non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve room. Complete balances due 30 days prior to event.
