Green Fleet Open
Our first annual Green Fleet only regatta will be hosted this year on October 14-15. The regatta pay’s homage to the original Clark Mill’s optimist pram that was first created right here in sunny Clearwater. The event will feature a special long distance race around the islands in the harbor called the Clearwater Challenge. This is a classic course that many generations of clearwater sailors have completed for the best time.

C420 Team Race Midwinters
The first annual C420 Team Race Midwinters is a highly competitive national level regatta that will take place December 16-17. Over 100 of the countries best highschool age sailors will gather at CCSC to compete in teams of 3 boats. Team Races is a unique format of sailboat racing in which teams compete against each other to achieve the lowest overall score. Many times the best strategy is to purposefully slow down your opponents to get your teammates ahead. This leads to a style of racing that involves a lot of boat on boat combat which makes for a highly entertaining event for spectators.

Opti Team Race Midwinters
CCSC was selected to host this years Opti Team Race Midwinters on January 12-15 2024. This is one of the two premier opti team race regattas in the United States alongside the National championships. Sailors will compete in teams of 4 boats right off of our docks in Clearwater Harbor. The winning team will qualify for the Trofeo Marco Rizotti team race in Venice, Italy.

Clearwater 420 Open
CCSC will be hosting our first annual 420 Open regatta on January 20-21. With C420 Midwinters right around the corner this is a great regatta to warm up for that big event. Racing will take place in the Gulf of Mexico, right off of Sand Key Beach which not only will allow for good racing conditions but also a great spot for spectators to watch from land.

2024 Hobie Wave Championship
CCSC's 2nd year of crowning our CCSC Club Wave Champion! Come out for this two-day regatta to claim this year's title.

505 Midwinters
We are excited to once again be the host of the 505 Midwinter Championship. This event includes some of the top adult sailors in the United States. Racing takes place out in the Gulf of Mexico and uses rabbit starts instead of a traditional starting line. The boats start the race by passing behind one of their competitors who is labled the “rabbit”.

For the first time ever CCSC will be hosting the Lasers Master Class! Laser Masters sailors are divided into appropriate age divisions.
